Refund Policy

o For Study Programs (such as Heart Valve or Diabetes), you will have until immediately prior to the 2nd call to cancel, in which case you will be refunded any amounts paid by you, less a $100 non-refundable deposit for the Study Programs due to the application and prep required for these specialized and personalized calls.

o There are NO refunds on Sessions if you fail to show or if you cancel within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment. We are under no obligation to reschedule or refund if client is a no-show for appointed session time nor if a reschedule is not requested more than 48 hours prior to scheduled appt time Refunds will be submitted for cancelations made before 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment time, and will be made within 10 business days.

o There are NO refunds for any products or services provided in digital format. Every effort is made to give you the highest quality of recording. YOUR RESULTS MAY VARY according to your body and personal health.

However, any content posted by you using any open communication tools on our website, provided that it does not violate or infringe on any third party copyrights or trademarks, becomes the property of The Body Channel, LLC, and as such, gives us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display and/or distribute as we see fit. This only refers and applies to content posted via open communication tools, testimonials as described, and does not refer to information that is provided as part of the registration process, as may be necessary in order to use our Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Body Channel, LLC from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this User Agreement or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account. We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this User Agreement. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.

Audio/Visual Release I acknowledge that LynnWaldrop.com, The Body Channel, LLC or Sound Color & Light for Life may make video and/or audio recordings of the class, in which I will be a participant. I hereby grant LynnWaldrop.com, The Body Channel, LLC and Sound Color & Light for Life the right to use such video and/or audio recordings of my name, likeness and voice in any and all forms of media, now or hereinafter created, and in perpetuity, including, but not limited to, composite or edited forms, for LynnWaldrop.com, The Body Channel, LLC or Sound Color & Light for Life, to distribute, sell and use in any manner, as LynnWaldrop.com, The Body Channel, LLC or Sound Color & Light for Life may determine in its sole and absolute discretion. I hereby waive the right to inspect or approve any version(s), including the finished version(s), of such recordings, including written copy that may be created in connection therewith.
